From The Desk of Ex-General Secretary

Loving greetings to you in Jesus’ name from the Boro Baptist Church Association. We thank God in remembrance of all His goodness to you and your ministry during this nationwide Covid-19 pandemic. The present scenario shows that drastically millions of people have lost their jobs, severely affected on businesses, industries, farming, schooling and the normal life. Regular religious gatherings, events, and ministries have been paralyzed. Today, we are in new normal. In the midst of human suffering, loss of dear ones, and great crisis in the country, it is joyful to know that God is always there as our source of strength, sustenance, protraction and peace. The word of God encourages us “Then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent” (Psalm 91:10).

Throughout this great crisis, we have experienced Lord’s leading hands to the ministry of BBCA and His divine protections. I am thankful to God for saving us from the nationwide disaster. We are indebted to express our gratefulness to the individuals, churches and organizations for their dedicatory services and valuable contributions to the ministry of BBCA. Over the years, the organization have been experiencing God’s unfailing love and care, and His overflowing blessings. Looking into the future, BBCA is committed to building God’s Kingdom through sharing the love of Jesus Christ to others. The BBCA has found out a mission methodology which seems to be working the best for the task of transformation of people especially in Northeast India. The association seeks to accomplish its mission through partnering with likeminded churches and organizations.

In this noble venture of accomplishing God’s mission through sharing the Good News, we call upon partners of God’s people who will stand with us to make more effectively the vision of Boro Baptist Church Association a reality in fulfilling the unfinished task.

We appreciate for your sincere partnership with BBCA and your valuable prayers has greatly enrich us to carried out His mission.

Yours in God’s service,

Rev. Prosenjit Basumatary
